As I was walking today, I was thinking of some WW tips we could share with each other. I had a book once filled with them, but I only remember two off the top of my head. :(
I'll start, hopefully others will follow!
1.) I love salad dressing. It's probably the one thing that dooms me everytime I eat salad. I will literally, drown the greens! To lower calorie intake and help with points, I put the dressing on the side in a little container. I dip my fork in the dressing, then spear some salad. It's just enough dressing to get the full flavor, plus less calorie intake. Brillant!
2.) When I'm craving a snack, a really bad one *laughs*, I instantly brush my teeth. I use peppermint toothpaste, floss, mouth wash..the works! Who wants to eat something after they just brush their teeth? :)

Also, I love balsamic vinegar (no oil) for dressing. It gives it a great flavor and doesn't add any fat.
Also, to keep my water intake going, I bring a nice glass to work and an ice cube tray. I love ice water in a glass, not in a bottle. :-)
I also find that if I exercise, I don't eat the additional points. It really kicks my weight loss for that week into higher gear!
